About the program

Each of us can be as unique in our nutrient requirements as we are unique in our fingerprints. This is one of the reasons you might gain weight just by looking at food while other people seem to be able to eat them all day without gaining a kilo. Frustrating right?! 

After a client’s type is determined, I do a detailed lifestyle assessment where I look at factors such as current food quality, eating habits, sleep habits, and stress levels. With all this information I’m able to tailor a structured habit plan and design a whole food eating plan for each individual based on their unique metabolism and tailored towards their goals.
